What is the difference between a category page and search?+

A category page lists published products assigned to that category path. Search looks across names, brands, and product codes for the current storefront.

How do I search the KCHPLUS INC catalog?+

Use the header search box. Suggestions appear as you type. You can also open all products and filter from there.

Why do some products not appear on another website we operate?+

Each storefront only shows products that are assigned to it. KCHPLUS INC content is not automatically inherited by Mega Wholesale, Veteran Legacy, or Tailorbird storefronts.

Can I share a product URL with a colleague?+

Yes. Product URLs use a stable slug: /p/your-product-slug. That path is the public canonical for the current storefront.

Why is an image missing on a product page?+

Not every source record includes usable photography. When an image fails validation it is not promoted as the primary storefront image.

Where can I find manuals or datasheets?+

When a manufacturer supplies documents, they appear on the product page document list. If none are listed, the source record did not include them.

How are product specifications sourced?+

Specifications are published as received from manufacturers and catalog data partners. They may change when a source record is updated. See the specifications guide.

Do specification values include pricing?+

No. KCHPLUS INC is a catalog of product information. Specification groups describe technical attributes, not quotes or inventory.

What does a draft product mean?+

Draft products are not visible on the public storefront. Only published products assigned to the current storefront appear in search and category listings.
